Darker green means a higher value. Gray marks no matching source record, never zero. These are reported records, not necessarily unique people; rates use resident population and may include nonresidents. Small populations can magnify rates. Texas Cannabis Ledger is an independent public-data research project. It is not a news organization. Our county pages connect published records with their definitions, reporting periods and limitations.
Enforcement data covers 2023–2025; the DPS workbook was dated January 13, 2026. Hemp records are a separate 2026-10-19 snapshot. Arrest-record totals are not necessarily counts of unique people and do not establish convictions. Hemp registrations do not confirm that a store is open.

What can I find for my county?
All 254 counties have a page for 2023–2025 arrest data. The current DPS extract has matching 2025 marijuana-offense rows for 250 counties. Jeff Davis, Loving, Motley and Stonewall have no matching rows in this series; those gaps are not treated as zero.
Every county page also includes DSHS hemp-location records, complete downloads and official statewide medical resources. Local policy summaries appear only where verified; dedicated hemp directories remain selective. Choose your county.
The 2025 enforcement series contains 41,701 marijuana-coded arrest records, not necessarily unique people. Source: DPS CCH workbook, dated January 13, 2026; population denominators: Census Vintage 2025 estimates.
